This happened on February 17, 2014. A customer was involved in an arc flash on Tuesday. He was wearing an arc flash suit we made that was rated at 44 cal. The injuries he received was only 1st degree burns to his face (same as a mild sunburn), and that was only because he was using the incorrect PPE on his head. He was working on 24,000 volts. The rest of his body received no burns. Unfortunately, this is the only information we have received at time of publishing.
